Applications are now available for the City of Fairfield's 2020-2021 Community Development Block Grant Program year. The applications are for Public Service and Non-Public Service funding under the City's one-year funding cycle that includes fiscal year 2020-21 (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021). The City expects to locally distribute approximately $800,000 in funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the CDBG program.
A CDBG Application Orientation will be held at the Fairfield Community Center, Vista Conference Room at 1000 Kentucky Street on Thursday, December 19, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Attending the orientation is not required but may be helpful for applicants needing technical assistance.
This year, applications are now submitted electronically through City Data Services and are due by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
